I bring the meat and the cheese to the table; charcutering with an UPGRADE!!! What started out as a backup to help my sister’s luxury picnic business, making small charcuterie boards; turned into a creative hobby and passion. The love for shopping for different cheese and meat assortments became surreal. Taking it on full course landed into a small business. Every platter I create is different every time with a personal touch added, paired with a glass of wine just makes it even more amazing. It brings me such a great pleasure to see people’s reaction once they receive their boards! Thank you for following along on this journey of mine, stay tuned for more exciting news to come.
Charcuterie is a branch of cooking involving prepared meats, such as ham, sausage, bacon, confit, or other pork products. The word charcuterie originated in France, and it translates to "pork-butcher shop." While the original French translation refers to pork, many modern charcuterie boards include other types of food like pate, cheese, crackers, fruit, nuts, and dips.
